You Too Can Have A Healthy Diet

If you want to purchase any prepared foods, take a close look at the label first. Do not assume that if a product claims to be reduced fat that it is healthy. Read your labels, and don’t buy anything that contains quite a few artificial ingredients listed.

Part of proper nutrition is to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits daily. The USDA recommended daily allowance for fruits and veggies is 9 to 13 servings per day. That probably sounds like more than it actually is. Drink orange juice for breakfast, and use real tomato paste with your spaghetti noodles.
